The radar is now on a moving vessel and the white echo trail records the target at the same bearing, but getting closer.
The echo trails display the Relative Motion which is quite different than the True Motion of the target (shown in black).
The displayed Relative Motion is the COMBINED course and speed of BOTH the target and your own ship.
